Opis

The PGA3510 Portable Four Gas (CO, CO2, CH4, H2) Gas Analyser is the ultimate tool for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace atmospheres, with capabilities that set it apart from other infrared gas analysers available commercially.

It is the only analyser that measures CP%, O2%, Kn* and Kc* in a single unit, making it suitable for facilities operating endothermic gas generators as well as carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding and nitrocarburising furnaces. The added hydrogen channel uses thermal conductivity and is particularly useful on nitriding and nitrogen/methanol atmospheres.

Users complying with CQI-9 can carry out daily generator and furnace atmosphere verification efficiently through automatic data logging and tagging.

Furnace types

01Endothermic gas generators: catalyst effectiveness measured via residual CH4%, under 0.5 % indicates proper function, above 5 % signals potential issues.
02Carburising and neutral hardening: CO and CO2 detection reveals sooting, water leaks, air leaks and radiant tube leaks.
03Nitrogen / methanol atmospheres: the CO percentage indicates how effectively the methanol dissociates.
04Nitriding and nitrocarburising furnaces: atmosphere verification and control with hydrogen measurement.
