SSi PGA 3510 Portable Three Gas Analyser (CO, CO2, CH4)
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2 and CH4 for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace and generator atmospheres.
Analysers and meters
Measures the hydrogen content of nitriding and FNC atmospheres and calculates dissociated ammonia and nitriding potential.
The analyser measures hydrogen from 0 to 100 % with a resolution of 0.01 % and uses that reading for a live calculation of %NH3, dissociated ammonia (%DA), nitriding potential (KN) and carburising potential (KC). Nitriding and ferritic nitrocarburising can therefore be controlled to a process value instead of to gas flows alone.
An optional oxygen input extends the instrument to atmospheres in which residual O2 also has to be monitored. All process variables are shown on a touch screen with chart recording and data logging, and the TS Manager software allows the instrument to be viewed remotely. The analyser supports CQI-9 and AMS 2759/10 requirements.
