Opis
The SSi 9205 is a versatile multi-loop programmable controller designed to provide comprehensive control of any type of thermochemical heat treatment process. Three PID loops can be configured as temperature only, or as temperature together with carbon potential or dew point, and 16 PIDs can be called from the program opcode as the recipe advances.
The controller integrates with all SSi gas analysers for automated verification of the CP% of a carburising or neutral hardening atmosphere, and supports automotive CQI-9 and aerospace AMS 2750E requirements. Up to 300 recipes of twelve or twenty-four steps are held in the instrument, data is written to removable media, and TS Manager and Configurator software are supplied for data management and remote configuration.
