Opis
The SSi 9120 controls both temperature and atmosphere, that is carbon potential CP%, oxygen O2%, dew point and millivolts, on endothermic gas generators and on sealed quench, pit, continuous mesh belt, cast link and pusher carburising furnaces. Key parameters are laid out for visibility and ease of use on a colour touch screen available in 3.5in, 5.7in and 12.1in sizes.
Data logging and chart recording are integrated, with removable media holding up to 948 months of records. Advanced oxygen probe functions include multiple burn-off and purge cycles plus alarms for high impedance and poor response, which feed directly into a predictive maintenance plan. TS Manager and Configurator software are supplied for data management, remote viewing, SuperDATA integration and remote set-up.
